The Hospice Team consists of physicians, nurses, social workers, clergy, bereavement support services, home health aides, and volunteers.  Your physician has the option to remain in charge of your care in concert with the Hospice Medical Director.  Hospice nursing care is available 24 hours-a-day.  Frequency of nursing visits will depend upon the patient's needs.  The bereavement support staff provides assistance from the time of admission and for 13 months following the death of the patient.
