Hospice of San Angelo Receives CHAP Accrediation

Hospice of San Angelo is pleased to announce that they have been audited and received accreditation by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). The award was handed down with two commendations; one for the bereavement program at the Landy House and another for Building Bridges, the bereavement program for children.
